Perfect for stylish small gatherings up to 24 people.  Free-standing building next to the trading post with ample parking.  The 16x20-foot room is styled in Redbone Willy's distinctive vintage / shabby chic decor, and features hardwood floors, walls of white-washed tongue-and-groove pine board, and a ceiling open to the rafters that is ideal for hanging banners.  Furnishings include five dimmable ivory chandeliers, a cathedral mirror, and an oriental rug. The room will be heated or air conditioned as needed for comfort.

• Four hour rental (including set-up) during normal business hours (10am-6pm Thursady - Sunday).

• Three five-foot round and a six-foot antique serving tables, table cloths, and folding wooden chairs for 24 people (more available).

• Use of the adjacent "Secret Garden", a rock patio under a pergola with string lights and potted perennials. We can provide a small fire pit or outdoor heating unit during cool weather, or fans during hot weather.

• Wi-fi access, audio for CDs.

• On-site concierge for assistance during your event.

• Cleanup is included in price. (Park next to building to load-in/load-out.)

• Homemade cakes (start at $55 each and serve 12 people), hot coffee, cider, or tea, plates, cups, napkins, etc.

• Sound system: Bose L-100 with 2 mic stands and 3 mics; optionl Tonematch
  mixer with 4 inputs- $60-120.

• Assistance with decorating such as hanging banners or creating floral
  arrangements.
